Jack's was packed but we only waited 20 minutes for a table. Service was great as was the food. The turkey avocado club and the bison burger hit the spot!

Stephanie is the bomb- diggity. Love her snappy wit and awesome service. Tell her Rory the tour bus driver sent you. Shes amazing!! I want to have her baby!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and calling jacks our local for two days. The food was really good! Those potato skins were next level! I’m still thinking about them! We had Stephanie serve us for both days and she was an absolute delight! Service and conversation was awesome. She really made us feel at home in the strange to use state of Utah. The second day we had the pleasure of Justin join in our conversation. They really made our stay in Springdale welcoming. If we ever come back to spring day we will def be returning. People remember the liquor laws are not the staffs rules they are state rules. We seriously saw so many ppl abuse the staff here when they had to inform them that they had to eat if they wanted a drink. Jacks is a restaurant licensee! Even I. Canada in a rest establishment you must eat to drink alcohol. Be kind this isn’t their rules! Thanks for being awesome! All our food was awesome except the onion rings. They were too cooked. But the rest was delicious... we just had appies!

The sandwich we ordered was to die for! It was the greatest Brisket we ever tried! That’s not a joke! It’s totally mouth watering! The french fries was very crispy and freshly cooked. The beans was excellent! Our Server, Danny recommended this dish and we thank him for that, he is very hospitable and gave us great dining experienced. We were so tired that day and we just want a great food and this place did not disappoint. And service is top-notch! Can’t wait to be back!

Stopped in here for dinner. Food was quite good. They were a little understaffed, and our server had somewhat of a brisk attitude, but understandably, so when she had to do about four different jobs all at once. All in all, we were well taken care of food came out hot and tasty, so what more can you ask for. Would not hesitate to come back here again, next time we are in town.

Amazing food-cooked perfectly & portions are HUGE-even better service!!!! Brian helped us and went out of his way to keep drinks full and accommodate our group with an under 1 year old! Great way to end our beautiful day in Zion!!!

Now this is my kind of sports grill! Food was really quite good. We had the chili, onion rings, and burger. The music was not turned up so loud that you had to shout like many other sports grills - it was set just loud enough to easily hear it. Justin was excellent as our server. And if you don't for any other reason, go to catch a glimpse of the robotic bus service - watch it take 3 or 4 bins full of dishes to the back of the kitchen. Amazing!

The bartender recommended the house special eighteen hour slow roasted pork. Sweet, succulent, tender and juicy; it paired nicely with a tito''s bloody mary, 3 olives, fresh veggies and salted rim. I opted for the combo platter with brisket and seasoned fries. Generous portions, a bit pricey but totally worth the value.
